So every Wednesday hop on over here to Creative Spark Wednesday where three blogs, Weekend Craft, My Paper Craze and Please Excuse the Craftermath, join together to feature projects, provide a place for bloggers to link up and a crafting/DIY hub of inspiration.

Budget Deck Makeover by Carrie This Home
I can’t decide if I’m holding onto the idea that summer isn’t gone yet (it is) or excited that fall is here. And I think that this week’s picks exemplify that indecision. For example, here we have a delicious looking Pineapple Banana Smoothie by Heather from Krafts & Kiddos. This just screams “I will not let go of summer” to me. And for something that delicious looking, I won’t I tell you!
Following the “Noooooo Summmer… Stay with me!” from before, there’s the pretty French Grain Sack Pillow from Vicki and Amy at Canary Street Crafts. Perfect to ease me between the seasons! I could curl up with that pillow and a book any day, warm or cold!
But then we get to these Butter Cookies with dry Cherry, Raspberry, and Chocolate by Winnie from Something Sweet. To me, butter cookies are cold weather food. And that’s ok, because I live in MN and it gets cold here faster than other places. So for these cookie I say, “Come one cold. Bring your worst. I’ve got cookies to make it better. And maybe some hot chocolate to go with those cookies. Or tea. Tea is good too.”
And I think that’s enough crazy rambling from me today. Thanks to everyone who linked up last week!

Winnie – I hope you have a great day as well! It’s chilly out today, so I’m thinking of your cookies. Too bad I don’t have time to make them yet! Maybe this weekend though. Your recipes always blow me away!
Thanks for hosting!
