What I’ve been up to!
This week I took a little vacation to go visit my mom and brothers and celebrate my youngest brother’s graduation. Congrats little bro! And since I’m visiting, I thought I’d consult my mom and have her help with picking this week’s favorites. So this is an extra special week of favorites!
Welcome to Week 55!

So what is a Link Party? It’s the perfect opportunity to share YOUR projects and gain inspiration from other crafters who are linking up their own! PLUS, as a bonus, when you enter your projects into the link up, you could have your project featured by one of our blogs! Be sure to follow along to get the latest and greatest features from the parties!
Don’t forget to check out each page, since each of us chooses our own favorites to feature! If you like one of the projects featured here enough to pin it, please head over to the original source to do so. Thanks!

If You’re tired of Watering Flowers Give This a Try by Scrapality
I say: Ok, I would never have thought to add a diaper to my planters. You’ve got me there with something new. Though, I’m more likely to cut to the chase and just find the silicon (as mentioned in the comments).
Mom says: Flowers are pretty, but by July watering gets old. So I say. pretty flowers and less watering is a good thing. Bring on the diapers. (I thought my diaper days were done.)
Trash to Treasure File Cabinet Take Two by Little House of Four
I say: I like this makeover. I’m a big fan of old specimen drawers, particularly since they remind me of some of the museum’s I’ve been in. This is definitely a project that I could see doing for my workspace!
Mom says: A little organization goes a long way.
Strawberry Lemon Muffins by Lou Lou Girls
I say: This recipe combines two of my favorite ingredients: strawberries and lemons. I can’t wait to try it!
Mom says: The strawberries are coming in. I like to bake. And hey, my daughter likes strawberry lemon muffins, what more can I say?
